SummitView Apps Ltd ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. Our applications are designed with privacy-by-default: all user data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Where applicable, in-app purchases are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive only an anonymised confirmation of purchase — no payment details are shared with us.

Data Storage
All financial data — including account balances, categories, history snapshots, and user preferences — is stored exclusively in your device's local storage (localStorage). No data is transmitted to any remote server operated by SummitView Apps.
Third-Party Services
- RevenueCat: Used for managing in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may receive an anonymised device identifier. See RevenueCat's privacy policy ↗.
- Apple / Google: App distribution and in-app purchase processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Their privacy policies apply to those transactions.
Push Notifications
If you enable bill reminders or alerts, notifications are scheduled locally on-device using Capacitor Local Notifications. No notification data is sent to our servers.
Data Export
You may export your data at any time via the Share function in Settings. Exported files are sent only to destinations you choose (e.g. email, files app). We receive no copy of exported data.
Data Deletion
Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all stored data. There is no server-side copy to delete. You may also clear all data within Settings → Manage Data.

Data Storage
All financial data is stored exclusively on your device's local storage. WealthView US has no backend, no accounts, and no cloud sync. Your net worth, account details, and projections exist only on your device.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
WealthView US does not sell personal information. As a California resident you have the right to know what personal information (if any) we hold, and to request its deletion. Because we do not collect personal information through the app, the only data we may hold is any email correspondence you have initiated with us.

Notifications

TradeView — Privacy Policy (Preview)

TradeView is currently in active development. The following policy reflects our intended privacy architecture and will be finalised prior to launch.
What TradeView Stores
TradeView is designed to store all data — customer records, quotes, job notes, and settings — locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to SummitView servers. Your customer and business information belongs to you.
Customer Data
Any customer names, contact details, or job information you enter into TradeView is stored solely in your device's local storage. We have no access to this data and it is not shared with any third party.
Quote & Business Data
All quotes, line items, pricing, and job history are stored on-device only. If you share a quote (e.g. via email or messaging), that action is taken by you using your device's native share functionality — we receive no copy of shared documents.

Overview
Game Night Scorer is a completely offline, locally-stored application. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. Everything you enter into the app lives solely on your device.
Data Storage
All data created within Game Night Scorer — including player names, game sessions, scores, round history, and win statistics — is stored exclusively in your device's local storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to SummitView Apps or any third party.
Player Names & Profiles
Player names you enter are stored locally on your device only. We have no knowledge of, or access to, any player names or profiles created in the app. These are informal nicknames used for in-session score display and local statistics — no account creation is required.
Game Scores & History
All scores, round-by-round data, game history, and win/loss statistics are retained locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, this data is permanently removed. There is no server-side backup and no way for SummitView Apps to recover deleted data.
No Analytics or Advertising
Game Night Scorer contains no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs, and no usage telemetry. We do not track how you use the app, how often you play, or what games you score.

Children's Privacy
Game Night Scorer is suitable for all ages and is often used by families. The app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because all data is stored locally and no accounts are required, no special parental controls or data collection mechanisms are in place — there is simply no data to collect.
Data Deletion
You can clear all data at any time from within the app's settings. Alternatively, uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data. As no data is held by SummitView Apps, there is no need to submit a deletion request to us.
Your Rights (UK GDPR)
Because Game Night Scorer does not collect personal data, most GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) apply to your device directly rather than to us. Should you have any privacy questions, contact us at hello@summitapps.co.uk.

SummitLog — Privacy Policy

Overview
SummitLog is an offline-first peak bagging tracker. All data you create in the app — ticked peaks, summit dates, personal notes, and photos — is stored exclusively on your device. SummitView Apps has no backend and receives no data from SummitLog users.
Data Stored On Your Device
SummitLog stores the following in your device's local storage (localStorage, key summitlog_ticked_v2):
- Peak IDs you have logged, with optional date, notes, and a photo file path
- App preferences (dark/light mode)
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it.
Location Data (GPS)
SummitLog uses your device's GPS to show your position on the map and display distances to nearby peaks. Location is accessed only while the app is open and in use (NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription). Your location is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted to SummitView Apps or any third party.
Photos
If you attach a summit photo, the image is captured or selected via the device's native camera/photo library and stored in the app's private data directory on your device using @capacitor/filesystem. Only the file path is saved to localStorage. Photos are never uploaded to our servers.
GPX File Imports
You may import .gpx or .zip files to batch-log past peaks. These files are parsed locally on your device — no content is sent to SummitView Apps. The files themselves are not retained by the app after processing.
Map Tiles
The interactive map uses OpenStreetMap tiles served via the standard OSM tile CDN. Fetching map tiles results in standard web requests (including your IP address) to OpenStreetMap's servers. This is governed by the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy ↗. SummitView Apps has no control over and receives no data from these requests.

Permissions Required
- Location (When In Use): To show your position on the map and highlight nearby peaks.
- Camera: To capture summit photos (optional feature).
- Photo Library: To select existing photos as summit photos (optional feature).
All permissions are optional — the core app functions fully without them.
Data Deletion
Deleting the app removes all locally stored peak data, notes, and photos permanently. You may also clear all data from within the app's settings. No data is held by SummitView Apps, so no external deletion request is necessary.
Children's Privacy
SummitLog is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Going Wild — Privacy Policy

Overview
Going Wild is a fully offline card game. It requires no account, no internet connection, and no personal information of any kind. SummitView Apps collects no data from Going Wild players.
Data Stored On Your Device
Going Wild stores the following in your device's local storage (localStorage, key goingwild_save):
- Current game state (round, scores, hands, player names you enter) — used for save/resume
- Player name(s) you choose to enter on the menu screen (informal display names only)
This save data is cleared automatically when a full 11-round game completes, or when you choose "New Game". It exists solely on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
Player Names
Any name you type into Going Wild is stored only in your device's local storage for the duration of the current game. It is never sent to SummitView Apps. In Pass & Play mode, names entered by other players around the table are equally private and local-only.
No Analytics, No Advertising
Going Wild contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics libraries, and no usage telemetry. We have no knowledge of how often you play, your scores, your win rate, or any other gameplay data.
No Internet Required
Going Wild functions entirely without an internet connection. No network requests are made during gameplay.
